AYIZAN INNER HEALING RETREAT

A gathering place for women from around the world to participate in sacred ceremonies, practice yoga, eat nourishing food, be immersed in nature, learn from powerful traditions and wisdoms, and weave together their unique individual gifts and healing.

This retreat aims to help women “unravel the mental and emotional habitual patterns”, “experience an expanded awareness and find an inner joy”, and connect with their “inner wisdom, insight and awareness”.

How do I get there ?
Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, AZ
By Car-AZ - get to I 17 North exit 298 to 179 N Verde Vista valley School Rd left unto Rainbow Lane.
 The airport shuttle service will pick you up and drop you off from the airport. http://acexshuttle.com/home​ Preferably arrive into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport by 1pm and Plan to depart by 5pm or later. *** SHARE YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION SOONER VS LATER*****

Are Meals Provided ?

Daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided : Plant based Breakfast. This is for anyone who is currently a vegan and for those interested in exploring a plant based lifestyle. Healing plant based meals made with fruits and vegetables will be provided. We provide the opportunity to explore alkaline , plant based and vegan lifestyles. Also offered: pure juice, herbal teas, superfoods and smoothies to nourish, balance and heal. delicious plant based and holistic meals to nurture the mind, body, and spirit with our delicious group dinners

Morning Mindful Movement: Every morning the group will take a guided outdoor( weather permiting) mindful movment and meditation. they will include yoga. Yoga is a holistic practice that connects our mind, body and spirit, its an ancient practice and a form of healing. No level just come with open heart and mind.

SISTA Circle: The women will journal, hold discussions and cultivate a safe space to heal and grow. Through faciliated group decussion to build relationships , trust and healing .
